High Quality Mexican Gourmet Preserves

Don Pedro Brandy Cheese Cake

Serves 6-8; preparation time  30 minutes



• 300 gr- 3 cups Graham wafer crumbs.

• 60 gr- ¼ cup sugar.

• 170 gr- 12 tbs. melted butter



• 460 GR- 16

  • 460 gr- 16 oz.” Philadelphia” cream cheese at  temp room temperature.

• 180 gr- 1/2 of sugar

• 2 tsp. of   vainilla  extract and/or lemon juice

• 480  ml – 2  cups of whipping cream.



9 inch or 23-26 cm pie plate


  • In a bowl or food processor crumb the Graham wafers. Mix in liquid butter and sugar. Process until mixture is the size of peas. Press the crust mixture into a 9 inch pie plate pressing up the sides until all of the bottom and sides of the pie plate are covered. Put in freezer for 30 min.


  • Put the Philadelphia cream cheese in a bowel. Beat until very creamy.  Put in vanilla or lemon juice along with ½ cup of sugar.


• Pour the filling mixture over very cold and prepared pie crust.


• Refrigerate for 1.5 hours until well chilled.


  • Pour CSB GOURMET BRADY FRUIT CHUTNEY jam over the entire surface of the pie. Arrange finely sliced fresh strawberries over top and drizzle with melted chocolate. Refrigerate 1 hr.


• Serve and enjoy!
