Pineapple Wedges With Attitude

Serves 4;  preparation time  15 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Pineapples cut in 4 at a 45 degree angle to minimize the size of the core.
  • 2 Turkey Ham filets about ¾ inch thick or twice the size of the pineapple triangles.
  • CSB PINEAPPLE HABANERO JELLY  as a dipping sauce.

PROCESS:

  • Skin the pineapple by running a sharp knife between the skin and the flesh. Cut pineapple in triangular pieces.  Using a pineapple wedge as a template, cut the Turkey Ham in triangular shapes.  Remove every second pineapple wedge and replace with a triangular slice of  as pictured.

 

• In a small bowl or dish pour out CSB PINEAPPLE AND HABANERO JELLY to use as a dip.

 

  • Serve and enjoy!
