Scallops with Guava Jalapeño

6 people; preparation 20 min.

INGREDIENTS:

170 g of Butter

 

1 kg of big scallops

 

1 tsp salt

 

1 pinch of pepper

 

2 tsp fresh lemon juice

 

4 tsp of CSB JALAPEÑO DELIGHT

 

Water, if necessary.

PROCESS:

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium -high heat. Add the scallops and cook for several minutes on one side, turn the scallops and continue cooking until firm and opaque look.

 

Put the scallops in a big plate.

 

Stir in salt, pepper, lime juice and CSB JALAPEÑO DELIGHT to the pan with butter and beat well . Pour this sauce over the scallops to serve.
