High Quality Mexican Gourmet Preserves

Adult Chocolate “sundae”

Serves 4.  Preparation time < 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 liter of vanilla ice cream or gelato
  • 2 tbs. chocolate liqueur per  serving
  • 4 tbs. CSB GOURMET BERRY CHOCOLATE JAM per serving

PROCESS:

  • Line the sides of “sundae” or “parfait” dish with the jam.

• With an ice cream scoop, put 2-3 scoops of ice cream or gelato in a “sundae” or “parfait” dish.

  • Pour chocolate liqueur on top of ice cream or gelato. Top with CSB GOURMET BERRY CHOCOLATE Jam.
  • Decorate with fresh strawberries, raspberries and pieces of high quality  dark chocolate bar.
  • Serve and enjoy!!
