Tuna Filets with Strawberry Onion

A creation of Chef Marie Fimbres, La Paz, BCS

4 people; Preparation time 20 minutes


  • 4 oz. Tuna or Marlin filets


  • Butter and olive oil


  • 1 large package of spinach


  • Potatoes with rosemary fried in butter (square-shaped potatoes)




  • Fry tuna or marlin in a mixture of olive oil and butter. Brown all sides.


  • Cook spinach until just wilted, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with melted butter.


  • On a plate put a bed of spinach with butter. Place tuna or marlin on top and sprinkle with CSB STRAWBERRY ONION add the square fried potatoes on top of everything.
