Vanilla Cake

Serves 8. Preparation time 30 minutos

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 liter or quart of whipping cream (whipped until stiff
  • liter or quart of whipping cream (whipped until stiff  And sweetened with sugar and vanilla)
  • 1 store bought vanilla bunt cake

 

DECORATION:

  • 1 jar of  CSB “ BERRY CHOCOLATE JAM
  • Fresh strawberries and grated dark chocolate

PROCESS:

  • Whip the cream until very stiff.  Add sugar and vanilla to taste. Comletely cover the bunt cake including the “hole” in the centre with whipped cream. In a separate bowl combine whipped cream with a little chocolate syrup for decorating the cake.  Dip the tip of fresh strawberries in the jam.  Set aside for decorating the cake.

 

  • Either with the back of a spoon or a pastry bag, make 8 small circles.  Top these with the dipped strawberries.  Delineate each slice with a line of jam.

 

  • Grate dark chocolate over the entire cake.
